What we do

Two capabilities, fully integrated.

Because printing and garmenting live under the same roof, your prints, cuts and finishing move as one line — shorter lead times, tighter quality control, one accountable partner.

Three printing capabilities

In-house print unit

GOTS Approved Organic Digital Printing

Our digital printing unit sits inside the same Tirupur factory as our sewing and finishing floors. That vertical integration means artwork, strike-offs, bulk printing and garmenting are planned by one team, and printed organic fabric never leaves our certified chain between processes.

Every ink and auxiliary we run is approved for use under the Global Organic Textile Standard, and the people operating the machines are experienced textile designers and printers who check colour, registration and hand-feel before a roll moves on.

  • Vertically integrated

Printing, cutting, sewing and finishing under one roof, with one point of contact from artwork to dispatch.
  • Approved inks only

GOTS-approved pigment and reactive inks, documented so your compliance team can verify inputs.
  • Experienced people

Designers prepare repeats and colour separations; printers tune profiles for each organic base fabric.
Production & supply chain

GOTS Approved Organic Clothing Production

Our garment team has more than ten years of experience making organic product: kidswear, baby essentials, swaddles, loungewear and everyday knits. Patterns, cutting, sewing, quality checks and packing are run on organic-only lines.

We are open about who does what. Digital printing, sewing and manufacturing, and finishing happen in-house. Dyeing and pre-treatment are carried out by independently GOTS-certified partners, so each stage of your order stays within certified hands.

  1. Dyeing & pre-treatmentIndependently GOTS-certified partners prepare the organic base fabric.
  2. Digital printingIn-house, using GOTS-approved inks on our own machines.
  3. Sewing & manufacturingIn-house cutting and sewing on organic-only lines.
  4. FinishingIn-house finishing, inspection and packing for export.

Printed by the metre

GOTS Approved Organic Fabric Orders

Not every buyer needs finished garments. We print organic fabric to your specification for brands, studios and manufacturers who sew elsewhere. Tell us the base fabric, width, weight, artwork, colour standards and quantity, and we will advise on pigment or reactive printing, prepare a strike-off and quote clearly.

  • What to send

Artwork files or a repeat brief, target base fabric and GSM, finished width, Pantone or physical colour standards, and approximate metres per design.
  • What you receive

A recommendation on ink system, a printed strike-off for approval, wash and rub test notes, and a clear quote with lead time.
  • Typical bases

Organic cotton single jersey, interlock, rib, muslin and poplin, plus other certified organic bases on request.
  • Minimums

Pigment from 5 metres and reactive from 10 metres per design, so sampling and capsule runs stay affordable.

Fabric orders ship with GOTS Transaction Certificates on request. If you have a collection in mind, send us your enquiry; we reply with practical questions, not a sales script.

Explainer

Organic Digital Printing, explained

Digital printing transfers artwork from file to fabric with inkjet heads instead of screens. Because there is no screen for each colour, it handles complex patterns, soft gradients and photoreal prints that would be costly or impossible by conventional methods. On organic cotton, it lets brands design freely without leaving certified production.

  • Sustainable production

Ink is placed only where the design needs it, with no screens to make and wash, and less waste on short runs.
  • Design versatility

Unlimited colours, fine line work, tonal blends and photographic imagery in a single pass.
  • Speed

Artwork changes are a file update, so sampling typically takes 3–5 days rather than weeks.
  • Customisation at scale

Colourways, sizes and small capsule runs can sit alongside bulk orders without set-up costs.
  • Honest challenges

Approved digital inks cost more per metre than screen inks, and colour-fastness depends on the fabric, ink system and finishing.
  • The outlook

Ink costs are easing and fixation keeps improving; we test each base and share wash results before bulk.

Choosing pigment or reactive: pigment printing suits soft handfeel and fast turnaround, curing in one pass with no washing-off stage. Reactive printing bonds with cellulose fibres for the deepest, most vivid colour on cotton, viscose and modal, and is steamed and washed after printing. We recommend the system after seeing your artwork, base fabric and end use, and confirm it with a tested strike-off before any bulk run begins.

A note on inks: we use GOTS-approved pigment and reactive inks. Approval, documented chemistry and results on the chosen fabric matter more than broad “natural” claims. Ask us which printing process suits your base fabric, wash requirements and design before placing an order.

Why it matters

Benefits of GOTS Approved Printing

GOTS covers more than fibre. It sets rules for the chemicals, processes and working conditions behind a printed garment, which gives buyers something concrete to stand behind.

  • Sustainability

Organic fibre plus controlled processing, with environmental criteria for water and chemical management.
  • Low-impact inks

Only GOTS-approved, low-impact inks and auxiliaries that are restricted for hazardous substances.
  • Kinder to skin

Restricted chemistry reduces exposure to substances of concern, a thoughtful choice for babywear. It is not a medical guarantee.
  • Quality & durability

Strike-offs, wash testing and inspection keep prints consistent from sample to bulk.
  • Traceability

Scope and Transaction Certificates document the certified chain for every shipment.
  • Social criteria

Fair wages, safe conditions, and no forced or child labour, as required by the standard.
